Up to this point in the development of HeyCosmo Apps we have been working with relatively little user feedback. We have had some devoted HeyCosmo users that have given us some invaluable comments and suggestions; however we really need more. To this end we are implementing some of your users' suggestions about how to make it easier for our you to contact us, direct the message easier, and how to participate in topic discussions suggested by other HeyCosmopolitans.
Some of the issues that we have been working on include:
- A single point of contact for email suggestions, concerns, personal stories and requests. On our original site we had numerous email addresses that made it confusing for our users who just wanted to contact us.
- User forums that allow our users to actively participate by suggesting topics and commenting on other subjects. You are our users and we are really interested in what you have to say and in which direction you would like HeyCosmo to take.
- How would you prioritize features and bugs that we have encountered with our HeyCosmo applications? We want you to be able to suggest priorities to the issues we face with our HeyCosmo tools.
- We want to start sending a newsletter that gives our users snapshots of our HeyCosmo product statistics as well as providing useful and interesting items to help you maximize your positive experience with the applications.
You should start seeing the website and communication changes really soon. I will be posting more information as it becomes available. We are really excited about the future and your role with HeyCosmo.
